nas4d shall not be liable for any failure to perform obligations under these Terms due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, government actions, telecommunications failures, or other force majeure events.
nas4d reserves the right to suspend or restrict your Account immediately without prior notice if we suspect:
nas4d may terminate your Account and refuse Service if any of the above suspicions are confirmed following investigation. Upon termination, any remaining Account balance will be returned to you after deduction of any amounts owed to nas4d, provided the funds were obtained legitimately. Funds derived from fraudulent activity or Terms violations will be forfeited.
You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of wagering requirements and verification procedures. Closed Accounts cannot be reopened except at nas4d's sole discretion.
Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months are considered inactive. nas4d may charge a monthly inactivity fee of Rp 50,000 after 12 months of inactivity, deducted from the Account balance. Players will be notified via email before inactivity fees are applied.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which nas4d is licensed to operate, without regard to conflict of law principles.
In the event of any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of nas4d Services, you agree to first attempt resolution by contacting our customer support team. We commit to investigating and responding to complaints within 10 business days.

If internal resolution processes do not satisfactorily resolve your complaint, both parties agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with international arbitration rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in English, and the decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.
You agree that any legal proceedings arising from these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts having jurisdiction over nas4d's registered office, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
